Solution

The correct option is B Rs. 184
Market value of each share=Rs.5
No of share=800
Amount required to purchase the shares=5×800=Rs.4000
Man further sell the share at a premium of Rs.1.15 each
Man further sell the share at Rs.(5+1.15)=Rs.6.15
Total amount he gets by selling the share=800×6.15=Rs.4920.00
Profit=49204000=Rs.920
Profit%=9204000×100=23%
