Let, the resultant vrm makes an angle of α with east of vertical
we have, vrm=vrg+vmg
Horizontal component: vrmsinα=6sin30o+4=7.........................................................(1)
Vertical component: vrmcosα=6cos30o=33................................................(2)
Squaring and Adding (1)&(2), we get, vrm=49+27=8.718km/hr
