son's share $\to \frac{x}{3}$
daughter's $\to \frac{x}{4}$
remaining $\to$ wife $=x-(\frac{x}{3}+\frac{x}{4})$
$=x-\frac{7x}{12}$
$=\frac{5x}{12}$
$\frac{5x}{12}=45000$
$x=\frac{45000\times 12}{5}$
$=108000$
