Given that,

Mass of the stone $m = 20 k g$

Mass of the man $m = 60 k g$

Height $h = 30 m$

Now, the work done is

$W = m g h$

$W = (m_{m} + m_{s}) \times g \times h$

$W = (60 + 20) \times 10 \times 30$

$W = 24000 J$

Hence, the work done is $24000 J$
