Solution

The correct option is A

Vmax = 9.9 m/s

Velocity of ball = 2gh = 10 m/s

He throws the ball horizontally with same force then suppose his velocity be 'V'

Applying conservation of momentum ,

60 V = 1 (10 - V)

V = 1061 m/s

Vmax = 10- V = 10 - 1061 = 9.9 m/s
