The efficiency of a man is given by the ratio of his output power to input power.

Efficiency =η=OutputpowerInputpower×100%

Power =WorkdoneTime

We know,

Workdone=Force×displacement

Powerout=15×10×10=1500j

T=5×60=300sec

Pout=1500300=5

PinPower=60×10×10=6000j

P=WT=6000300=20
