Total C.P=400 Rs.
$C.Pof\frac{3}{4}th=\frac{3}{4}\times 400=300Rs.$
$C.Pof\frac{1}{4}th=\frac{1}{4}\times 400=100Rs.$
$\frac{3}{4}th$ sugar he sold 10% loss then
$S.P.of\frac{3}{4}th=\frac{90}{100}\times 300=270Rs.$
$\frac{1}{4}th$ sugar he sold 10% profit then
$S.P.of\frac{1}{4}th=\frac{110}{100}\times 100=110Rs.$
$TotalS.P.=270+110=380Rs.$
$Loss=400-380=20Rs.$
Loss Percentage=$\frac{20}{400}\times 100=5$
