Solution

The correct option is A a loss of 5%
Total C.P=400 Rs.
C.Pof34th=34×400=300Rs.
C.Pof14th=14×400=100Rs.
34th sugar he sold 10% loss then
S.P.of34th=90100×300=270Rs.
14th sugar he sold 10% profit then
S.P.of14th=110100×100=110Rs.
TotalS.P.=270+110=380Rs.
Loss=400380=20Rs.
Loss Percentage=20400×100=5
Hence ,On the whole, he gets 5% loss.
