The work done by each person is,
$W = 50 k g \times 10 m / s^{2} \times 2 m$
$= 1000 J$
Power is equal to work done per unit time
Power of first person will be,
$= \frac{1000 J}{10 sec}$
$= 100 W$
Power of second person will be
$= \frac{1000 J}{50 sec}$

$= 20 W$
