Rs. $200$

Let the CP of the cycle be Rs. $s$.
S.P $=400+\frac{1s}{2}$ and Profit = Rs. $300$
As per the given condition,

$\text{S.P = C.P + Profit}$

$\therefore 400+\frac{1}{2}s=s+300$

$\therefore 800+s=2s+600$

$\therefore s=$ Rs. $200$
