$Gain=\frac{1}{9}\times C.P.$
$⟹S.P.-C.P.=\frac{1}{9}\times C.P.$
$⟹\frac{10}{9}\times C.P.=\text{Rs}250$

$⟹C.P.=\frac{250\times 9}{10}$
$⟹C.P.=\text{Rs}225$
and, Profit $=\text{Rs}25$
So, Profit % $=\frac{Profit}{C.P}\times 100=\frac{25}{225}\times 100=11\frac{1}{9}$ %
