A man spent $72 %$ of his salary and remaining were his savings. If he saved $R s 7, 200$ per month, find his month income.

Let monthly salary be $x$
Amount spent = $0.72 x$
Amount saved= $0.28 x$
$0.28 x = 7200 \Rightarrow x = 7200 / 0.28 \approx R s .25, 714$
