distance of the person from the rearer cliff

$d_1=V\times \frac{t}{2}$

$=330\times \frac{3}{2}=495m$

Distance of the person from the farther cliff

$d_2=V\times \frac{t}{2}$

$=330\times \frac{5}{2}=825m$

Toatl distance beween two cliffs $=d_1+d_2$

$=495+825=1320m$
