The correct option is D $^{10} C_{6}$
We have starting point (3,5) and finishing point (7,11)
So $x_{2} - x_{1} = 7 - 3 = 4$
$y_{2} - y_{1} = 11 - 5 = 6$

This can be seen as a permutation of 10 things in which 4 are alike of one kind and 6 are alike of another kind
So,
$^{10} C_{6}$ or $^{10} C_{4}$
