Speed = 3 km/h; Time = 2 hours
$\therefore \text{Distance}=3\times 2=6km$
New speed = 4 km/h and Distance = 6 km
$\therefore \text{Time}=\frac{\text{Distance}}{\text{Speed}}=\frac{6}{4}=1\frac{1}{2}hours$
