let speed of car be $x$ and train is $y$ in first part time taken to travel by train is $250/y$ and by car is $120/x$ . Total time taken is $250/y+120/x=4$ .

In second part time by train is $130/y$ and by car is $240/x$ total time is $130/y+240/x=4.3$.

Solving both equations gives $y=100,x=80$

Hence Option D is correct
