Given,
Speed = 75 km/h
i.e., a distance of 75 km is covered in 60 mins.

We know,
Distance(x)Time(y)
x1y1 = x2y2

Given,
x1 = 75 km
y1 = 60 min
y2 = 20 cm
and x2=distance covered in 20 mins
x2 = x1×y2y1
y2 = 75×2060 = 25 km

Hence, he will cover 25 km in 20 mins.
