The correct option is E III and IV
Downward force is always - 500N because of his weight,therefore IV graph. Upward force is because of the air resistance and it is positive always. Upward force increases so that the man reaches a constant velocity. Then the parachute opens up and the force again increases to reduce the velocity which can be seen from third graph.
