A man with type A blood group and wife with type B blood group have a child with O blood group. Find out the genotypes of father, mother and child.

Man with A blood group can have a genotype of I^Ai or I^AI^A.

Wife with B blood group can have a genotype of I^Bi or I^BI^B.

Since, the blood group of the offspring is O this means that the blood group of man and wife is I^Ai and I^Bi respectively.

Lets make a cross for the offsprings

The couple can produce offspring with A, B, AB and O blood group.
