0.1×150=(2.9+0.1)×u
u=5 m/s

After this, applying conservation of energy,

12(m+M)v2=12(m+M)u2(m+M)gl(1cos(60))
(m+M)v2=3×522×3×10×0.5×(10.5)
(m+M)v2=60
