A mass of 5 kg is acted upon by a force of 1 Newton starting from rest how much distance is covered by the mass in 20 seconds

F = ma
a = 1/5 = 0.2 m/s
we know that,
u = 0 (because it starts from rest) , t = 20s ,a = 0.2 m/s ( where u is initial velocity, v is final velocity and a is acceleration )
s = ut + 1/2 at2
s= 1/2 x 0.2 x 400
Hence distance covered is 40m
