The surface area of hemispheres is $2\times 2\pi r^2$$=4\pi \times \frac{5}{2}\times \frac{5}{2}=25\pi$

The effective height of the Cylindrical capsule is $14-5=9$

The surface area is given as$=2\pi rh$$=2\pi \times \frac{5}{2}\times 9=45\pi$

So total surface area is $25\pi +45\pi =70\pi m{m}^2$
