From ΔQ=msΔT
ΔT=ΔQms=100001×500=20C
Since δVV=γΔT
where (γ)= coefficient of cubical expansion
δV=γΔTV
=8×105×20×14000[ρ=mVV=mass/density]
δV=4×107 m3

Work done(W) by the metal =p0(δV)
=105×4×107

Change in Internal energy
