The correct option is A 3×105 V
The emf developed between the ends of a spoke is given by

E=12 Bωl2

Here ω=120 revmin=120×2π60 rad/s

ω=4π rad/s

E=12×0.3×104×4π×(0.4)2

E=0.096π×104

E3×105 V

The same emf is induced between the ends of each spoke because all the spokes in the wheel are joined in parallel.

Hence,
emf between rim and axle = emf across each spoke

=3×105 V

Hence, option (A) is correct.
