Solution

Initially sphere has no charge but due to induction sphere acquires positive charge so it gets attracted to negative plate but after some time it also acquire negative charge due to previously acquired positive charge and thus gets attracted to plate B (which is now positive due to induction) and this thing keeps on happening and sphere oscillates.
