The correct option is C anticlockwise direction
The direction of magnetic field in the conductor can be found out by Right hand thumb rule. As the direction of the current is in upward and if we keep our thumb along the direction of the current then the curl fingers will give the direction of the magnetic field which is anticlockwise direction.
