The correct option is D in anti-clockwise direction
By lenz's laws, current will be induced in the direction such that it will oppose the change in the magnetic field. So, magnetic field is increasing in the direction towards the ring when north pole of magnet is brought near the ring. So, induced current should produce magnetic field in the opposite direction of magnetic field by magnet. So, by Fleming's right hand rule current will flow in anti-clockwise direction.
