Volume of wire $=$ Volume of solid

$\Rightarrow \pi r^{2}h=1500{cm}^3\Rightarrow \frac{22}{7}\times r^2\times 14=1500\Rightarrow r^2=\frac{1500}{44}$

$\Rightarrow r=\sqrt{\frac{375}{11}}=5.83cm$
