f30=1kHz and f10=1.001kHz
We know,
l2=l1(1+αdt), where dt = change in temperature
Now, f=12πgl
So, fα1l
f30f10=l10l30=11.001

l10l30=1(1.001)2=1(1+αdt)=1(1+20α)
Solving we get, α=1×104/C
