The correct option is A 1Ω

Given : G=100 Ω Ig=50×106 A I=0.005 A
Using IgG=IR IgG=(IIg)R
OR 50×106×100=(0.00550×106)R R=1Ω
Thus a galvanometer is converted into an ammeter by connecting it parrallel to a resistance of 1Ω.
