$h = 16 c m, R = 20 c m, r = 8 c m$

Volume of frustum $= \frac{π h}{3} (R^{2} + r^{2} + R r) c m^{3}$
$∴$ volume of frustum $= \frac{π (16)}{3} ((20)^{2} + 8^{2} + (20) (8)) c m^{3}$
$= 10459.428 c m^{3} = 10.459 l$
The cost of milk per litre $= R s .22$
$∴ 10.459 l = 22 \times 10.459 = R s .230 .10$
