Let the C.P of 1 liter pure milk be Rs 1 , then
6 l milk cost _ 6 rupees = Rs 6 only
2 l water cost _ 0 rupees
8 liter mixture $\Rightarrow$ S.P = $8 \times 2 = 16$ ruppes
profit % = $\frac{16 - 6}{6} \times 100 = \frac{10 \times 100}{6} = \frac{5 \times 100}{3} = 166.66$ %
