OA & OB are two mirrors inclined at an angle θ.
PQ is the incident ray
QR is the reflected ray
XY is the normal on OA mirror.
So, PQX=θ=XQR
QR is traced back to meet mirror OB at S.
So, RQA =90θ
OQS=90θ
in triangle ΔOQS,θ+90θ+OSQ=180
OSQ=90
So, reflected ray makes an angle 90 with the horizontal.
