Percentage of sugar and salt =20+5=25%
Percentage of flour =10025=75%
Now, given that 20% of the mixture is 4 lb.
So, 20% of (Total amount) = 4
20100× (Total amount) = 4
Total amount =10020×4=20 lb

Amount of flour = 75% of (Total amount) = 75100× 20=15 lb
