Given the total number of digits = 10
First four digits of the mobile number = 9,9,8,7
and last three digits of the mobile number = 3,5,5
Now to make the mobile number, the possible distinct digits are 6,4,2,1 and 0.
For making the greatest mobile, we can select the digits 6,4 and 2.
