We have to fill the _ with distinct numbers

The remaining usable numbers are : 1, 2, 4, 6

We require only 3 larger numbers : 2, 4, 6

The largest number possible using these three numbers is: 6 4 2

So filling the _ with required greatest number is
9 9 8 7 6 4 2 3 5 5
