According to question, modulation frequency, 250 kHz is 10% of carrier wave
fcarrier=2500.1=2500 kHz

Range of signal 2500±250 kHz=2250 kHz to 2750 kHzfor2000 kHz
We cannot allot this frequency as waves can overlap in this range.

Now, if fc=2000 kHz, fmod=200Hz
Range=1800 kHz to 2200 kHz.

Hence required frequency is 2000 kHz
