Total money contributed by all three of them $= R s . 60000$
Let the contribution of the mother be $R s . x$ .

Therefore,
The contribution by the elder son $= \frac{3 x}{8}$
The contribution by the younger son $= \frac{x}{2}$

According to the question,
$x + \frac{3 x}{8} + \frac{x}{2} = 60000$
$15 x = 480000$
$x = 32000$

Therefore,
The contribution of the mother $= R s . x = R s . 32000$
The contribution by the elder son $= \frac{3 x}{8} = R s . 12000$
The contribution by the younger son $= \frac{x}{2} = R s . 16000$
