For minimum value of coefficient of friction, the friction will act at its maximum value, so,

f=μN

For vertical equilibrium of motorcyclist in wooden well,

f=mg

μN=mg ..........(1)

Using equation of circular dynamics,

N=mv2R ...........(2)

From eqs. (1) & (2),

μmv2R=mgμmin=Rgv2

μmin=5×10(55)2=0.40
