Whenever two bodies, which start together, are in free fall, irrespective of their weight, they have the same acceleration (g) and hence fall on the earth at the same time. But in the movie scene, Katrina starts her free fall one second earlier than Salman. Also, we neglect air resistance since it was a non-windy day. Hence, we can safely say that the given scene is physically impossible since Katrina will fall one second before Salman.
