Let current flowing through the shunt resistance is IIg



Given that G=100 Ω
Shunt resistance, (S)=0.1 Ω
Ig=0.1 mA=104 A

From the fig.

(IIg)S=IgG

I=Ig(G+S)S=Ig(GS+1)

I=104(1000.1+1)=1000.1×104 A

I=100.01 mA

Hence, (A) is the correct answer.
