For 3 driver and 2 driven disks we will have (3 + 2 - 1) = 4 contact surfaces.


For 3 driver and 3 driven disks we will have ( 3 + 3 - 1) = 5 contact surfaces.


So, torque transmission capacity would increase by 544×100=25%
