Area of the wall $=$ Area of rectangle PQCB $+$ Area of $△ A B C$
Now, area of rectangle PQCB $= l e n g t h \times b r e a d t h = 14 m \times 3 m = 42 m^{2}$
Now, in $△ A B C$ ,
$a = 15 m, b = 14 m$ and $c = 13 m$
$\Rightarrow s = \frac{a + b + c}{2} = \frac{15 + 14 + 13}{2} = 21 m$
$∴$ Area of $Δ A B C = \sqrt{s (s - a) (s - b) (s - c)}$
$= \sqrt{21 (21 - 15) (21 - 14) (21 - 13)} m^{2}$
$= \sqrt{21 \times 6 \times 7 \times 8} m^{2}$
$= 84 m^{2}$
So, area of the wall $= 42 m^{2} + 84 m^{2} = 126 m^{2}$
Given, earning yield by per $m^{2}$ wall through advertisement $= R s . 400$
So, earning yield by $126 m^{2}$ wall area $= R s . 400 \times 126 = R s . 50, 400$
