(b). The forces acting on the bucket do not bring a change in its state of motion because both forces acting opposite directions are equal and hence, net force on the bucket is zero.

(c). Head surface shape do not match completely with the surface in contact of load due to which pressure distribution occur randomly,

Some portion of head get highly stressed wheres some portion left untouched.

Cloth change its shape to such extent according to load apply on it.

Hence, by wearing cloth on head, pressure gets distribute more evenly on all the surface and porters feels easy to carry the load.
