Capacitor C1,C2,C3 are in series
Resultant capacitance 1Cs=1C+12C+13C
Cs=6C11
For capacitors in series charge on each one each capacitor is equal
Charge on capacitor C2 is Q=611CV
Charge on capacitor C4 is Q=4CV
\dfrac{Q'}{Q}=\dfrac{6}{11 \times4}=\dfrac{3}{22}$
The ratio of charges on C2 and C4 is 322
