$\frac{\frac{2B}{5}-\frac{B}{3}}{\frac{B}{2}-\frac{B}{3}}=\frac{C-0}{100-0}$

$\frac{\frac{6B}{15}-\frac{5B}{15}}{\frac{3B}{6}-\frac{2B}{6}}=\frac{C}{100}$

$\frac{\frac{\text{/}B}{15}}{\frac{\text{/}B}{6}}=\frac{C}{100}$

$\frac{6}{15}=\frac{C}{100}$

$C=\frac{600}{15}=40$
