Total number of newspapers being supplied per day = 200 + 250
The cost of 1 newspaper = ₹ 3
The cost of 200 + 250 newspapers = ₹ $3\times (200+250)$
Applying distributive property
= $₹3\times 200+3\times 250$
= $₹600+750$
= $₹1350$
