A Noida based NGO 'Satkar' organised a road show in which they are making people aware about the standard marks like FPO, ISI, Hallmark, BIS, etc. Which values of the customers are satisfied by them and which right is exercised by them?
Right to consumer education is exercised by this NGO as it is making people aware about thses standard marks. As these marks provide quality assurance and by this show, the consumer is well informed throughout life.
