The correct option is A C
For the sphere to be in equilibrium, FNet=0 and τNet=0
So, for point C: friction force will balance mgsinθ
Now τo=mgcosθ×rmgsinθ×d
if mgcosθ×r=mgsinθ×d then τo can be zero.
