1. Displacement is zero.
2. Force is perpendicular to the direction of displacement.

After appling a force..if the body doesnt move.,then means that the net force acting on the body is zero

Here even after applying force,displacement is zero means the force (include some force like friction,gravitational) opposes the force and net force become 0.so body can t be moved
Note: meaning of force is which changes the states of the body(either rest or motion)
Soa cannot be considered right
