$1 : 2^{\frac{1}{3}}$

As per the conservation of momentum,
$m_{1} v_{1} + m_{2} v_{2} = 0$ so $\frac{m_{1}}{m_{2}} = \frac{v_{2}}{v_{1}}$
ratio of radii, $\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = {(\frac{A_{1}}{A_{2}})}^{\frac{1}{3}} = {(\frac{m_{1}}{m_{2}})}^{\frac{1}{3}} = {(\frac{1}{2})}^{\frac{1}{3}}$
